"I had changed my auto and home insurance to State Farm in January 2026, after 20+ years with another company. With the cost of everything going up, I was looking for comparable insurance but at a better rate. After being in contact with a representative from the Dave Mader office, I couldn't pass their rates up. And wouldn't you know it, I had an accident, in February. It was so easy to file a claim using the State Farm app and the response from them was immediate. This in particular, made me truly appreciate having changed over to State Farm, and especially the Dave Mader office. Staff contacted me to make sure that I understood what my options were to select a repair shop, and I was extremely impressed with their follow up. Additionally, they have gone above and beyond in making me feel I'm appreciated as a customer."

"I wanted to have a good professional experience with this agency but that isn't the experience I had. I was with them less than 2 months & switched over to a different insurance that actually cost me a little bit more because I didn't like the way that they wouldn't respond. "EDIT: We were dropped from the Dave Mader Agency after this claim was made. We have until April to find a new insurance provider. For reference, we took out additional coverage in case we had a basement flooding situation as many of our neighbors have experienced. Once our claim was submitted and approved, they dropped us. Dave Mader - State Farm is not the agency you want to choose unless you're fine with handing them your hard earned cash every month for coverage to protect your assets only to have them drop you once you find yourself in the unfortunate nightmare of needing to use it. Our finished basement flooded and we immediately contacted our agent at Dave Mader - State Farm to file a claim. The entire process was seamless until it came time to deposit our check from our insurance claim. Our credit union made it very difficult to release the funds from our claim, stating they required documentation that our claims adjuster confirmed didn't exist when damage was deemed a Total Loss. We went back and forth with our credit union for days, creating unnecessary stress to us during an already stressful time. Through this entire process, Bobbi answered every single one of our phone calls on the first ring, emailed our credit union and worked tirelessly with our claims adjuster. She was the MVP and never made us feel like we were alone. She could have easily washed her hands of us but she chose to advocate for us so we could begin to put our basement back together! Once this issue was settled, I quickly called her to personally thank her. She even checked in on us to make sure our family was doing ok! Thank you, Bobbi! For anyone reading this and wondering if they should switch agents, do it. We have had nothing but excellent customer service with this agency. For us, it's the small acts of kindness that can change an experience and we feel Bobbi and Dave Mader continue to go above and beyond to make us feel like we are on the same team when it comes to our insurance policies."

"We moved to Neenah from out of state a few months ago. Since we didn't know anyone in the area, our Mortgage Associate suggested Dave Mader Insurance for our Home and Auto. We could not be more pleased with Dave and his incredible team! Jamie made sure we had everything we needed and touched base often during our move process. Insurance aside, we recently had some important paperwork that needed to be witnessed and notarized. Unfortunately, our bank was unable to do this because of the type of paperwork. Being fairly new to the area, we didn't know anyone to ask to notarize or be witnesses. Someone suggested that our Insurance Agent would be glad to do it, and I was floored! I got in touch with Jamie, and we were able to make an appointment to go in and have it all taken care of. I am still singing the jingle in my head..."Like a good neighbor, State Farm is there!"
