"I needed documentation to send to my credit union because I am selling my house and buying a condo. Nicole was amazing in helping me with completing all of the paperwork and getting it sent. She was quick to understand what I needed, even though I didn’t fully understand what I was asking for. She did so with kindness and compassion and stayed late to help me get it all done."

"I had changed my auto and home insurance to State Farm in January 2026, after 20+ years with another company. With the cost of everything going up, I was looking for comparable insurance but at a better rate. After being in contact with a representative from the Dave Mader office, I couldn't pass their rates up. And wouldn't you know it, I had an accident, in February. It was so easy to file a claim using the State Farm app and the response from them was immediate. This in particular, made me truly appreciate having changed over to State Farm, and especially the Dave Mader office. Staff contacted me to make sure that I understood what my options were to select a repair shop, and I was extremely impressed with their follow up. Additionally, they have gone above and beyond in making me feel I'm appreciated as a customer."
